The project manager should work with the team to determine appropriate project methods and practices and implement them. This is because the project manager’s role is to facilitate the team’s work and to ensure that the project is completed successfully. If the team feels that they need to use some agile tools and methods, the project manager should support them in this, even if these methods are not mentioned in the organizational project management processes.
