According to the PMBOK Guide, 7th edition, one of the agile principles is to “prioritize work that delivers the most value”. This means that the project manager should help the team and the product owner to rank the requirements in order of importance and urgency, rather than using vague categories such as high, medium, and low. A numerical prioritization system, such as the MoSCoW method (Must have, Should have, Could have, Won’t have) or the 100-point method, can help the team to focus on the most valuable features and avoid confusion and ambiguity.
