The “Are SP and Device Ready?” state algorithms are used to check the readiness of the service point and the device for enabling service. The base package provides two algorithms for this purpose: Customer Device Compatibility Check and Check for Measurement. The Customer Device Compatibility Check algorithm validates that the device installed at the service point is compatible with the customer class and the service agreement type. The Check for Measurement algorithm verifies that the device has a valid measurement associated with it.
