Manufacturing Cloud migration must respect the dependency chain between parent commercial records, agreement schedules, and the Orders used to calculate actuals.

Accounts must exist first because Sales Agreements represent long-term commercial relationships with customer accounts. The Sales Agreements must then be established so their agreement structures and schedules can exist. Sales Agreement Product Schedules store the period-specific planned and actual quantity and revenue values that are subsequently updated through the actuals-calculation process. Salesforce's data model explicitly positions Sales Agreement, Sales Agreement Product, Sales Agreement Product Schedule, Order, and Order Product within this dependent structure.

Orders should therefore be migrated after the corresponding agreement and its schedules are available. When Orders contribute directly to Sales Agreement actuals, Manufacturing Cloud maps qualifying Order information into the appropriate schedule according to the Order's effective date and configured actuals-calculation mode.

Loading Orders before the required customer and Sales Agreement structure increases the likelihood of missing relationships and incorrect actual calculations.

Among the available sequences, Accounts → Sales Agreements → Sales Agreement Schedules → Orders best respects the Manufacturing Cloud dependency and actuals-processing model.
