The other choices don’t correctly “apply RADIUS” for WPA2-Enterprise: self-signed certs are not universally required for all EAP types and can introduce trust issues; MAC filters are weak and spoofable; and MFA might be beneficial but is not the fundamental step that enables RADIUS-backed WPA2-Enterprise authentication.
