The CMDB Data Foundations Dashboard is specifically designed to assess whether foundational CMDB configurations and data practices align with ServiceNow recommendations. It exposes gaps involving required attributes, ownership, relationships, identification practices, ingestion controls, and other foundational conditions.

The dashboard provides actionable metrics and connects deficient results to structured Get Well or remediation playbooks. These playbooks guide administrators through understanding the problem, identifying affected records and sources, correcting the data, and implementing controls that prevent recurrence.

CMDB Workspace is the broader operational interface. CMDB Data Manager governs CI lifecycle policies such as certification, attestation, retirement, archival, and deletion. The CMDB Health Dashboard calculates health dimensions such as completeness, correctness, and compliance, but it does not provide the same curated assessment of alignment with recommended Data Foundations practices.
