This means that the opportunity must have at least one contact role in Salesforce, and that contact must be syncing with a prospect in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. If the opportunity does not have any contact roles, or the contact is not syncing with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, the opportunity will not be created in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
