The Generic Visit Key Performance Indicator object is specifically designed to capture and compare expected and actual values during partner or distributor visits. Salesforce describes Generic Visit KPI records as the mechanism that associates an assessment indicator with a particular visit-task context and stores the target and actual values used to evaluate performance.
Within Partner Visit Management, an administrator first defines the tasks that field representatives perform during visits. Assessment Indicator Definitions identify what should be measured, and task contexts relate those measurements to relevant records such as an account, order, product, or Sales Agreement. Generic Visit KPI records then provide the expected-versus-actual comparison.
That structure directly satisfies UC's requirement. A field representative visiting a distributor can review the expected order value, capture or update the actual value observed during the visit, and give sales management structured information for subsequent analysis.
Account Relationship represents relationships between business entities and does not capture visit-specific quantitative comparisons. Advanced Account Forecast records support demand forecasting but are not the object designed for visit execution and expected-versus-actual KPI capture.
