Agentforce Financial Services supports localization across a number of languages, but certain packaged assets remain English-only. Two important implementation considerations are the packaged flows and the predefined reciprocal relationship roles.
Salesforce identifies Financial Services packaged flows as being available only in English. This is important during solution design because organizations operating across multiple countries may need to account for localized user guidance, labels, or alternative process experiences where packaged flows are exposed directly to users. Salesforce otherwise provides localization for multiple languages, although several packaged labels and components also have documented localization constraints.
Predefined reciprocal roles likewise use English values. Reciprocal roles are fundamental to relationship modeling because they define both sides of a relationship—for example, Spouse/Spouse, Parent/Child, or Business/Proprietor. Organizations requiring localized terminology can plan appropriate configuration rather than assuming the packaged role vocabulary automatically translates.
The other choices are overly broad. Agentforce Financial Services does support localization across many areas, and custom component labels can generally be managed through Salesforce configuration and translation mechanisms. The key design principle is to identify packaged content with language restrictions early, especially when conducting discovery for multinational implementations, so localization work can be incorporated into the implementation scope.
