The Show Internal IDs preference returns Internal IDs to results in Saved Search email alerts.

Email alerts are available for searches with summarized results.

You cannot allow users other than specified recipients to receive email alerts.

If a Saved Search includes criteria filters that have non-specific values (for example, -Mine- or -My Team-), email alerts may not be sent.
