Developer Hub provides API documentation and a live request facility. After choosing an endpoint, an operator can supply an access token and cluster and execute the API call. A GET may simply read telemetry; a write-capable request with the right privileges can modify cloud-managed objects or configuration. For that reason, the portal must be handled with the same safeguards as a production automation client. HPE’s API FAQ expressly describes execution of API calls from the API Reference page.
The sample-code-only claim in B is contradicted by the authenticated “try out” workflow. C is equally misleading: calls are real requests, although only a write-capable endpoint changes configuration. Option A therefore needs that HTTP-method qualification.
