Dynatrace allows configuring different data retention policies for Business Events by using custom buckets within Grail.
Custom buckets enable:
Separation of data into logical segments
Assignment of different retention periods per dataset
Better control over storage and compliance requirements
Other options do not provide this capability:
Account Management policies do not control Grail data retention
Support tickets are not a configuration mechanism
Log and Events viewer is for analysis, not configuration
Business events configuration alone does not define retention segmentation
