It also supports self-registration because the account becomes usable as part of the registration and initial authentication workflow. Selecting From Creation Date can consume part of the account lifetime before the guest attempts to connect, particularly when creation and use occur in different time zones. The minimum duration and duration-hours values control how long an account remains valid; they do not determine the event that starts the validity timer.
